how do I search for a specific property?
You're able to search property listings using keyword tags (eg. four bedrooms, KLCC,
LDP or Tugu Negara).
Properties listed on propertrack.com, Malaysia's property search portal are all tagged with the relevant keywords.

does it cost anything to use propertrack.com's portal?
No. Our service through propertrack.com, Malaysia's property search portal is FREE to everyone. However some
of the features require you to be registered as a community member. back to top
why do I have to be a registered community member?
Some of the features require the authenticity of the person who is
going to use it.
Community members wishing to access some of this features are required to register their
Malaysian MyKad No. or International Passport No. as well as their mobile number. back to top
how does the propertrack.com portal get its property listings?
We list properties submitted by any community member using FREE.2.LIST features as well as from the licensed real estate agency firms who participate in propertrack.com's

is propertrack.com a real estate agency firm?
No. We're not a real estate agency firm and we don't charge any real estate commissions

what is included in each of the property listings?
Every property listed on propertrack.com, Malaysia's property search portal includes property photographs,

to me?
Yes, if you're property owner, once you have become a community member you may submit your property detail for FREE
or call us on +603.2332.7108 and speak to one of duty negotiator (please

how can my real estate agent use propertrack.com?
If you're planning to sell your property and have already appointed your real estate
agent who is not under a participating real estate agency firm, you may submit your property here with the name and contact of your preferred real estate
agent or please refer them
to us on +603.2332.7108 or email us at priority@propertrack.com
One of our sales crew will contact your real estate agent to enable your property
to be listed at propertrack.com.

how long does it take to put my property on to the market

In normal circumstances your appointed sole / exclusive licensed real estate agency firm will
be able to launch your property on to the market within ten (10) working days. back to top
how long will my property be marketed by propertrack.com
for sale?
Your property will be marketed by propertrack.com until SOLD or for 175 days from
the date of the launch (which ever comes first).
You can instruct your sole licensed
real estate agency firm to extend the time frame if your property remains unsold
